No answer
First time I called someone picked up the phone and sat it down without even talking to me. I could hear people talking in the background but no answer. Tried calling back and goes straight to voicemail. When it did finally start to ring, no answer. How do you expect to get any business with that type of service?!?!/p>

I ride past them a lot , I don't go to them often because of the not so wanted people that hang around the establishment but I will say they give great service and makes sure all customers are satisfied even when they leave nd have to turn right back around because something don't seem right they will make sure it is great b4 you leave again .... I been to them a total of 3 times and love the work they do for me with great prices also .... I'll definitely go back again!!!! Thanks you guys for helping me stay safe on the roads!!!!!!

Very fast service
I’ve bought plenty of tires here new and used mostly because the shop is less than a 2 miles from my home. I unexpectedly hit a huge pothole after dropping my child off at school at 8 in the morning. I had no cash or cards on me so i pulled in to Central City Tires. I asked a worker how much it costs to put on a spare he told me $10. I tried to explain to him my situation about not having any money on me. As a customer for years I would’ve been willing to pay the $10 for the spare on top of getting a new tire but I’d have to be able to drive home. I don’t think that’s much to ask as a repeat customer. On top of that the tire that busted I bought from them back in December! When who I believe could be the owner or manager seen I was trying to pull off he stopped me and told me I “could mess up my rim”. I also told him I didn’t have the ten dollars and didn’t really have a choice. He went over looked at my tire and told me “well be careful.” I ended leaving my car there, walking home and just having a friend put on the spare... for free. I think this is a teachable moment for business owners. Although everyone wants to be paid for their services it’s also important to build relationships with customers. it would’ve took very little effort to put my spare on and they would’ve made more money because I would’ve bought another tire. On top of the fact I’d be able to tell a friend “I’ve bought tires from this place they’re great”. Definitely lost a customer today.

This is probably the best place I have ever been for tires. They are kind helpful and always greet you with a smile. The service was fast and amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for tires or to get breaks done

If you are buying new tires ANYWHERE before checking with these guys, you are tossing money out the window! This is my second set of brand new tires, both times saving me over $200 compared to the discount place down the street. I also got a used set a while back that were great, and lasted until I sold the vehicle. Lastly, was in and out for a rotor and break pad replacement. Henry and these guys are great - do yourself a favor, and CHECK HERE FIRST!

I went to get a used tire here today. In and out in under 15 minutes, even though they were pretty busy. I will definitely be back next time I need a tire.
